This is a field‑based role where you’ll play a key part in advancing sustainable farming practices while driving the on‑farm adoption of our premium fertilisers, soil conditioners, and animal nutrition and welfare solutions.

- Take full ownership of your accounts – using local insight to tailor solutions, build networks, and maintain a strong on‑farm presence.
- Deliver solutions, not products – diagnose customer challenges, recommend data‑driven actions, and clearly demonstrate measurable impact.
- Retain and grow accounts through regular follow‑up, data collection, and ongoing support.
- Ensure ease and speed across the full sales cycle – from initial contact to delivery, application, and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Use CRM to effectively manage pipeline, customer activity, and account performance.
- Represent the business locally, strengthening brand presence and market development.
- Based locally to the advertised location and comfortable working in a field‑based role (5 days per week).

- Agricultural degree or relevant industry experience.
- Commercially driven with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage and grow relationships and accounts.
At TIMAC AGROUK, you’ll go beyond simply selling products, working directly with farmers to deliver innovative, science‑led solutions that improve performance, profitability, and sustainability on farms. Drive measurable on‑farm impact with cutting‑edge agronomic solutions, build trusted relationships, becoming a trusted partner on your accounts, work for a global leader in innovation, backed by strong R&D, enjoy structured training, ongoing CPD, and be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team where your contribution matters.
