The role includes full spectrum HR Service delivery expertise across HR operations, policy administration, payroll and benefits administration, management of day-to-day employee queries, and delivery of HR data analytics and reporting. The position will primarily support UK, Denmark (DK), and Ireland (IRE) within NEU, operating largely in a UK time-zone aligned shift.
Main Activities:
- Managing individual employee administrative records from onboarding through to exit
- Preparing and maintaining employment documentation and contracts in line with local regulations
- Supporting new hire documentation and onboarding processes
- Administering benefits and supporting statutory and regulatory HR requirements
- Updating and maintaining HR systems and internal tools
- Responding to employee HR-related queries across supported geographies
- Coordinating payroll inputs with payroll providers and supporting payroll validation activities
- Supporting checking and proofreading of payroll data and pay slips
- Maintaining and preparing SOPs and process maps for HR operations
- Supporting HR data analytics, dashboards, and standard reporting requirements
Skillset Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of mandatory and relevant experience in UK HR Operations, including payroll and statutory administration, preferably within an HR Shared Services environment
- Strong exposure to an HR Operating Framework from a UK perspective, including:
- New hire documentation and onboarding
- Benefits administration
- HR system administration
- Local regulatory and statutory compliance
- Mandatory experience handling multi-geography, English-speaking markets, with primary focus on UK and broader EU/NEU regions
- Strong experience in HR analytics and reporting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills (including macros); experience with MS SharePoint
- Hands-on exposure to HRMS/HRIS and payroll software relevant to UK, Ireland, Netherlands and Denmark
Additional Experience / Nice to Have:
- Any European language proficiency (other than English)
- Experience supporting Nordic or broader European HR operations
- Prior experience in structured HR Shared Services setups with process optimization focus
