Sous la supervision de la direction, l’adjoint(e) en ressources humaines pour travailleurs étrangers temporaires (Adjoint-RH-TET) accomplit diverses tâches en lien avec les travailleurs étrangers. En étroite collaboration avec la Responsable de la Planification, l’Adjoint-RH-TET s’occupe principalement de leur accueil/intégration, de différentes tâches administratives liées et de répondre à leurs interrogations quotidiennes.
- Planifier l’arrivée
- Préparer et ouvrir le dossier virtuel et physique
- Faire une demande d’avance d'argent
- Faire une demande d’ouverture compte bancaire
- S’assurer de la propreté du lieu de résidence
- Faire l’accueil-intégration
- Accueillir et offrir un cadeau de bienvenu
- Expliquer les politiques de l’entreprise, les faire signer et les classer
- Accompagner pour sa première épicerie
- Accompagner à sa résidence
- Tâches administratives
- Assurer la mise à jour de fichiers de planification et de suivi
- Transmettre des informations au département de la paie
- Faire les demandes et suivis des NAS – RAMQ – Assurance
- Préparer la documentation et faire les suivis des Impôts
- Gestion quotidienne
- Répondre aux demandes de la ligne WhatsApp réservée aux TET
- Accompagner à divers rendez-vous médicaux
- Faire la traduction de documents
- Soutenir l’équipe RH dans diverses interventions
- Agir comme personne-ressource auprès de l’équipe RH et accomplir toutes autres tâches rattachées à l’emploi

- Connaissance des logiciels de la suite MS Office 365
- Parler espagnol
- Parler français
- Avoir permis de conduire
