Are you a Design Manager with the willingness to progress in a more senior position? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Design Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As a key player in the preconstruction and construction stage, you will be responsible for managing all design aspects from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Your main tasks:

  • Lead and manage the design process from multiple projects, ensuring that designs meet the project’s objectives, budget, and timeline.
  • Lead, coordinate and manage internal design teams and external consultants to ensure effective delivery of design objectives.
  • Define and implement design strategies, management plans, and processes aligned with project and company goals.
  • Play a key role in tendering and work closely with the Preconstruction team.
  • Oversee and manage the design team, providing guidance and support.
  • Review and approve design documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Manage project risks related to design and propose solutions to mitigate issues.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure the design aligns with the overall construction strategy.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and meetings with stakeholders to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
