If you have a proven ability to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and Health & Safety standards, we want you on our team!
Your main duties:
- Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
- Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
