Humanoid is building the world’s most capable humanoid robots, pushing the boundaries of pretraining for VLA-based models powering robotic platforms.

You will lead the VLA pretraining roadmap, define architecture choices, data strategies, and scaling while growing a team of research engineers.

You will collaborate with MLOps and data platforms to optimize large-scale training, evaluation, and deployment for real-world robotics, shaping capability ceilings across our fleet.
