About the role We are looking for a Business Capability Lead – Engineering report to the Capability Owner with clear recommendations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement across Engineering and Manufacturing.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in business analysis, process engineering, or transformation roles in a technical environment.
Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing product lifecycle processes.
Experience with systems such as PLM, ERP, and Requirements Management tools.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience in process modeling (BPMN, flow diagrams).
Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives end-to-end.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to
Have: Experience with Teamcenter, SAP, or similar platforms.
Experience in hardware, robotics, or manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with CMMI, ASPICE, APQP or similar frameworks.
Experience with automation or AI-driven tools.
Startup or fast-scaling environment experience.
