Sous la responsabilité du gestionnaire santé et sécurité et environnement, le titulaire du poste joue un rôle conseil en matière de santé-sécurité au travail et fournit l’expertise technique en santé-sécurité à la gestion conformément aux lois et normes en vigueur.
Vos Responsabilités Principales
- Faire vivre le plan d’action annuel de la SST
- Collaborer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des divers programmes, politiques, procédures et outils en matière de SST et mieux‑être
- Coordonner et développer les formations des employés quant aux méthodes de travail sécuritaires et aux normes de sécurité à respecter
- Coordonner et animer les comités de Santé et Sécurité
- Appuyer les gestionnaires pour toutes questions relatives à la santé, la sécurité et le mieux‑être
- Analyser les statistiques d’accidents afin d’identifier les problématiques et proposer des solutions
- Soutenir les directeurs dans le développement de leurs compétences techniques en SST
- Conseiller et coacher les gestionnaires et contremaîtres
- En collaboration avec les gestionnaires, faire respecter l’application du devis de gestion des matières dangereuses résiduelles
- Prélever 3 fois par année les échantillons de prélèvement d’eau de surface et les faire analyser par notre laboratoire attitré
- Avec l’aide du directeur d’usines, mettre en place des mesures correctives en cas de non‑respect des normes environnementales liées à notre engagement avec le ministère de l’environnement
- Toujours avec l’aide des contremaîtres et du directeur d’usine, faire respecter les lignes directrices régissant les opérations d’une scierie
- Faire le suivi du volume d’eau pompée aux 2 stations de pompage aux extrémités de la cour
- Être en contact avec notre consultant en environnement si nécessaire
Êtes‑vous la personne que l’on cherche ?
- Vous possédez entre 3 et 5 ans d’expérience en santé‑sécurité au travail.
- Vous possédez un diplôme d’études universitaires en relations industrielles ou en gestion des ressources humaines et/ou un certificat en santé‑sécurité au travail.
- Vous avez une grande capacité à communiquer, négocier et persuader différentes personnes.
- Vous avez un sens d’analyse développé.
