The role

The Visual Merchandising POS Coordinator sits within the Store Design and Visual Merchandising team and reports to the Visual Merchandising Manager.

The Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination, administration and follow-up of POS production, VM updates, installation tracking, store communications and supplier activity.

They will help ensure that Clarins store standards, product presentation and customer journey remain premium, consistent and aligned to brand expectations.

You have

  • 1–2 years’ experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, POS production or a similar retail, brand or agency environment.
  • Experience within beauty, premium retail or a customer-facing retail environment (advantageous).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, store communications, installations or POS/product administration.
  • Confidence working with product, pricing, planogram and POS data, maintaining accurate trackers and records.
