The PA to the People, Culture & Facilities Director is critical in supporting achievement of the caring for people, caring for the planet’s promises, our CSR roadmap and our DEI approach directly influencing the company’s ability to achieve its strategic objectives.
Responsible for supporting the People & Culture Director and People, Payroll and Buildings Teams with a variety of secretarial and administrative duties, as well as supporting coordination of internal events. Update GDPR logs and record any breach notifications. Provide secretarial and administrative duties to the Health & Safety Committee. Responsible for raising all purchase orders and managing the Directors expense claims.

Essential qualifications:
- Proven PA or EA experience, preferably within Human Resources.
- Expert user of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with other relevant software (e.g., HRIS, ordering and expense systems, and video conferencing tools).
- Ability to exercise high level of confidentiality & discretion.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal with the ability to build relationships at all levels across the business.
- Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving ability, resourceful and able to find solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- CIPD Certificate or qualification in HR practice and a background within the cosmetics or retail sector.
- An understanding and experience of working in accordance with GDPR.
