The role of the Internal Communications Assistant supports the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager and the internal communications and engagement objectives of the wider Clarins UK business. Responsible for supporting our internal communications platform (Workvivo), planning and creating content that informs, engages and excites, while also assisting with planned and ad hoc projects.
What you’ll do
- Support, develop and promote Workvivo functionality and usability.
- Set up, administer and maintain Workvivo groups and their membership.
- Support user issues such as access requests/forgotten credentials.
- Track and support the communication and implementation of new Workvivo features.
- Raise, track and chase Workvivo Direct Support queries on behalf of non-admins.
- Identify, report and create relevant content for our internal communications channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience and employee engagement.
- Assist with the maintenance of the internal communications calendar.
- Be an active member of the local UK and global DEI forums, supporting the planning and delivery of DEI communications, including sharing updates on global initiatives.
- Contribute content for the Clarins Inside global internal communications platform, and help coordinate communications around key DEI dates.
- Assist with new projects and ad hoc requests.
- Support the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager with artworking, design, and layout updates for internal communications projects.
- Plan and organise training sessions.
You have
- At least 2 years experience within a similar role.
- Basic computer literacy skills with some experience in MS Windows and/or iOS.
- Experience of Adobe InDesign is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- An impeccable attention to detail and high standards.
- The ability to work quickly, accurately and reactively sometimes under pressure and to deadlines.
