What you’ll do:
- Provide complimentary express facials to travelers using professional, on‑brand techniques.
- Deliver a calm, tailored experience in quick, high‑quality appointments.
- Maintain treatment areas to a high standard of hygiene and presentation.
- Engage proactively with customers to enhance their airport experience and promote treatments professionally.
You are:
- Passionate about the beauty industry and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Enjoy being hands‑on and working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
- Strong communication and customer‑engagement skills; confident interacting with a diverse passenger base.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively across back‑to‑back appointments.
You have:
- NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification is essential.
- Experience in a hands-on beauty role with exceptional customer service skills.
- Flexible to work shifts scheduled between 6am–8pm, Monday–Friday.
