The role: The Customer Service Advisor will operate at the National Distribution site, offering 5‑star customer service and expert advice to consumers, trade customers and internal stakeholders. The role uses multiple communication channels – email, telephone, live chat, social media platforms and letter – while adhering to KPI guidelines and cost targets. This position involves shift patterns with some weekend duties; applicants must confirm they can meet these requirements.

- Having best‑in‑class communication skills, verbal and written
You have:
- 2+ years’ customer service experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written skills; confident communicating at all levels
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work under pressure
- Awareness of GDPR
- Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce (advantage if present)
