The role: Based in Heathrow Terminal 4 to delivering complimentary express facial beauty treatments to airport clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide complimentary express facial treatments to travelers using professional, on-brand techniques
  • Deliver a calm, tailored experience in quick, high-quality appointments
  • Maintain treatment areas to a high standard of hygiene and presentation
  • Engage proactively with customers to enhance their airport experience and promote treatments professionally

You are:

  • Passionate about the beauty industry and delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Enjoy being hands-on and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong communication and customer-engagement skills; confident interacting with a diverse passenger base
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively across back-to-back appointments

You have:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification is essential
  • Experience in a hands-on beauty role with exceptional customer service skills
  • Flexible to work shifts scheduled between 6am–8pm, Monday–Friday
  • Excellent communication skills and can build relationships quickly
