What You’ll Do

• Deliver professional treatments that exceed expectations, following Clarins UK guidelines.
• Share our passion by connecting product benefits with the stories behind our powerful ingredients.
• Build loyalty by offering thoughtful, personalised skincare advice – in the spa and on counter.
• Create moments of beauty and storytelling with every client interaction.
• Rise to sales challenges with confidence and creativity.
• Maintain a pristine, welcoming treatment space that reflects the excellence of our brand.

You Are

• NVQ 2 & 3 (or equivalent) Beauty Therapy Qualified
• Deeply passionate about beauty and skincare.
• A confident communicator who connects effortlessly with clients.
• Motivated by goals and energised by a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Professional, reliable, and always striving to exceed expectations.
