Manage Multi-Skilled Operatives, drive KPI performance, oversee staffing levels, and ensure vehicle checks and stock controls are completed accurately and on time. Your main responsibilities: Lead daily inbound and outbound vehicle operations, ensuring efficient processing and on‑time dispatch. Manage compound teams to deliver customer requirements, operational targets, and KPIs. Plan resources and staffing levels to meet changing business demands. Maintain accurate vehicle inventory and compound records. Ensure vehicles are prepared and available for carrier collection within agreed timescales. Coordinate Health
