The Sales & Client Support role is a core function encompassing the full spectrum of client transaction management and support; the focus will be on providing dedicated support to the LN Sales Team, ensuring the accurate system representation of all Global Markets (GM) originated transactions and fulfilling associated regulatory reporting obligations.
This includes managing the complete post-trade lifecycle from pre-matching to settlement, fostering strong client relationships for portfolio queries, and ensuring correct representation of third-party transactions within our systems.
Crucially, this role emphasizes comprehensive cross-training to ensure the entire client support team is equipped to cover all operational needs.
This involves developing a strong understanding and proficiency in managing Fixed Income transactions, adhering strictly to defined procedures, and actively collaborating with Front Office/Sales desks in Dubai, London, Paris & Milan.
Furthermore, the role will involve bridging communication for Paris-centralized back office operations and effectively responding to requests from other Natixis departments, including settlement and confirmation queries with both internal stakeholders and clients.
Through an inherent commitment to excellence, functional collaboration, efficient communication, and proactive problem-solving, the Sales & Client Support Analyst will gain a holistic understanding of the complete trade lifecycle.
This integrated approach to client support, underpinned by strong analytical abilities to resolve outstanding issues and an understanding of cross asset products, client expectations, and trade processes, is vital for mitigating operational risk and enhancing client satisfaction across all our markets.
- Mian Responsibilities
- Direct Support for London Sales Team: Provide dedicated, hands on support to the Sales Team, ensuring accurate system representation Globak Markets (GM) originated transactions.
- Regulatory Reporting & Obligations: Fulfill associated regulatory reporting obligations for all transactions
- Develop robust relationships with relevant Sales Teams to ensure proximity to the business and a good rapport essential for growing and scaling the business/awareness of trade/client pipeline.

Coverage: Actively participate in comprehensive cross-training across all asset classes to ensure all aspects of the client support team's operational needs can be covered.

- Inter-Desk Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Front Office/Sales desks in Dubai, London, Paris and Milan as well as Operations Teams across regions, notably Paris.
