Overall Purpose of the Role: As a team lead, manage the DevProx team on a day-to-day basis and serve as the first point of contact between Dev Prox and the business and other IT teams. Provide direction and manage key deliveries as per business requirements. Additionally, organize and manage business prioritization of deliveries. Ability to communicate at different levels of management. Work on projects for the CM IT DevProx team (PROximity DEVelopment), responsible for providing the business (Commodities Market) with flexible, scalable, and tailored user software applications where proximity developments and resources are necessary. Main stakeholders include, but are not limited to, Front Office (trading, sales, and structuring). The team also supports control and support teams (Middle Office, Risk). This role is hands-on and involves developing and managing some projects from initiation to delivery. Main development areas include pricing tools, market data internal contributions, risk management tools, and reporting tools. The team contributes to designing and implementing a resilient, efficient, and scalable Information System for CM, in collaboration with other relevant IT, business, and operational teams in London and worldwide.

Work closely with Head Office (Paris) teams, especially Dev Prox, and leverage processes with Head Office. Be nimble to work on projects & BAU Support issues. Strong, clear, and precise communication (oral & written) is essential. Speaking French is an advantage.

Profil et compétences requises:
- Business experience: Development & maintenance of IT systems
- Financial markets knowledge
- Understanding of derivatives
- Business experience (continued): Exposure to front-office Commodities trading knowledge (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years experience, with 2-3 years as a Team Lead
- Technical skills: .NET C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, WPF, Microservices, Angular / AngularJS, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Visual Studio, RMDS, Bloomberg API, Reuters Eikon, JetBrain Rider
- Personal skills: Strong interest in global markets, Fast learner and proactive
