Contribute to Coverage & Advisory for Dutch and Nordic Banks, Asset Managers, Pension Funds & Insurance clients. Assisting in the originating effort, including Global Markets, structured finance, investment banking and M&A services. Our client‑centric strategy is designed to offer tailor‑made solutions to clients across the world.

Main Responsibilities

  • All actions where appropriate to this position must be compatible with Natixis carrying out business in accordance with the FCA Principles for Business.
  • The Coverage & Advisory for the Netherlands & Nordic FIG Clients analyst’s primary task is to support the group’s activities on a dedicated portfolio of clients and prospects across dedicated sectors.
  • Assisting with marketing pitch preparation and research.
  • Assisting with financial modelling and credit analysis in respect of finance transactions.
  • Gathering and analysing financial data, reporting variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Liaison with Risk, Structuring desks, Legal, Syndication, Compliance, MO, and BO operations.
  • Assisting the team as assigned, to develop knowledge of clients and their needs.
  • Maintaining awareness of all economic and financial data and any other important factors likely to affect the client base and products being marketed.
  • Adhere to and understand risks to the bank and the client resulting from successful conclusion of transactions.
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge. Complete all mandatory training as required to maintain competence.
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to the interaction with other departments in Natixis to ensure best cooperation.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent.
  • Level of experience in finance/investment banking.
  • Strong interest in financial markets with previous internships within this area.
  • Team spirit, commitment and flexibility.
  • Self‑motivated.
  • Good relationship building skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Integrity and trustworthy.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Dutch or a Nordic language(s) would be a plus as well.
