Intern - Marketing & Communications (4 - 6months)
Help the Senior Communications Manager manage internal communications and external communications, help coordinate events within London and at European conferences, as required.
Maintain and help update and coordinate data and information on the London intranet site.
Internal communications
- Manage the platform’s internal social media (Viva Engage) and contribute to the groups on the company social network,
- Organize staff events,
- Draft contributions to CIB and Natixis in-house publications.
External communications
- Client events and conferences,
- London platform information on the CIB internet site,
- Contribution to Natixis corporate documents,
- Contribute to efforts to promote Natixis CIB’s brand image and recognition,
- Coordinate documentation and publishing (print, web and video creations) and liaise with CIB communication in Paris
- Co-ordination of all internal and external events. Attending events to ensure efficiency at all times.
- Team contact for London Branch event organising
- Team contact for corporate sponsorship relationships
- Co-ordinate, manage and help the lead contact for all In-House catering facilities in relation to events.
- Onboard suppliers and manage the KYS process
- Manage the payment of comms related invoices in Harmoni
- Work with the ERN’s – coordinate their newsletters and assist with their individual and collective events.
- Ability to work autonomously, team player, good relationship skills, fast-working, takes initiatives, excellent attention to detail, ability to follow compliance and graphics charter procedures, etc.
- Fully conversant with the range of office administrative procedures and systems
- Advanced Microsoft Office, databases, Word and Power Point
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative with a high degree of independence as well as part of a team
- Completer / finisher skills
- Ability to work at all levels both internally and externally
