Responsabilités

  • Assurer une présence plancher constante afin de coacher les employés quotidiennement.
  • S’assurer que les clients bénéficient d’un service à la clientèle de qualité.
  • Superviser et contribuer à l’exécution du travail selon les priorités établies avec le directeur/gérant de magasin.
  • Travailler conjointement avec son supérieur immédiat et la direction des opérations pour les dossiers touchant l’embauche, la formation et la promotion du personnel sous sa charge.
  • Coordonner la formation et l’intégration des nouveaux employés afin d’optimiser les ventes.
  • Assurer l’encadrement du personnel de ventes.
  • Organiser et participer aux séances de formation du personnel en collaboration avec les différents fournisseurs.
  • Analyser le roulement des inventaires par le biais des différents rapports disponibles.
  • S’assurer d’une communication constante avec l’équipe des achats.
  • Procéder à la mise en marché du département selon les saisons et les objectifs de ventes.
