Rattaché(e) au Responsable Achat, vous assurer la gestion des achats Facility Management,
Fleet & Travel pour le Groupe ALTEN, à ce titre, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :
• Définition et mise en œuvre de la stratégie achats du périmètre d’achats,
• Assurer une veille technologique et analyse de marché afin de réaliser des benchmarks à
destination des clients internes,
• Promouvoir la fonction achats auprès des l’ensemble des parties prenantes en tant que «
Business Partner » en s’appuyant sur vos connaissances de marchés fournisseurs et de
votre expertise achats
• Négociation des conditions et clauses commerciales selon les objectifs de coût, de délai
et de qualité de service,
• Implémentation et pilotage des contrats d’achats tout en minimisant l’exposition globale
aux risques achats (RSE et conformité), en anticipant les évolutions des marchés
fournisseurs,
• Garantir le respect du processus Achat Groupe
➢ Accompagner son déploiement à l’international
➢ Participer à sa simplification et son optimisation dans une logique de bénéfices –
risques,
➢ Contribuer auprès des métiers aux réflexions sur la chaine de valeur clientfournisseur dans une logique de performance économique et d’innovation.

COMPÉTENCES CLÉS
• Définition du besoin et rédaction de cahier des charges
• Lancement et gestion d’Appel d’Offres
• Pilotage et suivi des contrats
• Maitrise des techniques de négociations
• Connaissances du fonctionnement et des besoins des achats du périmètre de
responsabilité
• La maîtrise de l’anglais est impérative (réunions d’équipes et échanges en anglais) et
l’Allemand serait un plus
SOFT SKILLS
A l’aise dans les relations interpersonnelles, vous posséder le sens du service. Forte capacité
d’analyse pour définir des plans d’actions .Rigoureux, discret et curieux vous êtes force de
propositions.
FORMATION
Diplômé(e) d’un Master grandes écoles avec une spécialisation en Achat, vous avez au
minimum 6 ans d’expérience professionnelle sur le périmètre Facility Management, Fleet &
Travel.
