- Target key customer segments including main contractors, subcontractors, project owners, civil engineering firms, housebuilders, infrastructure companies and specialist trades.
- Develop outbound prospecting campaigns using cold calls, emails, Linked In, events, referrals and industry databases.
- Deliver weekly webinars.
- Qualify inbound leads, trial users, demo requests and website enquiries to identify high-value opportunities.
- 2. Full-Cycle Saa S Sales: Closing Sales
Own the full sales process from first contact through to close.
- Run structured discovery calls to understand customer pain points, project workflows, decision-making processes, budget, timing and commercial priorities.
- Deliver tailored online and face-to-face product demonstrations.
- Translate customer challenges into clear business value, ROI and operational benefits.
- Manage free trials or pilot programmes to maximise conversion into paying customers.
- Close new Saa S subscription deals in line with revenue targets.
- Report weekly on pipeline, activity, conversion, forecast, wins, losses and risks.
- Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive Saa S sales professional with strong commercial instincts and the ability to build trust with construction industry customers.
The ideal candidate will be confident opening new doors, running structured sales conversations, demonstrating software, closing deals and developing long-term customer relationships.
Experience
- 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development or account executive roles.
- Experience selling Saa S, software or technology solutions.
- Track record of generating pipeline, winning new business and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience of delivering product demonstrations and commercial presentations.
- Ability to engage both operational users and senior decision-makers.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working remotely and attending site meetings, client visits and industry events when required.
