About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Facilities Manager to join on a 10-month maternity cover contract. This role ensures that workplace and customer-facing environments remain safe, clean, and consistently high-performing. You will oversee day-to-day soft services delivery, including pest control, waste management, and cleaning operations, while partnering with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain exceptional standards across the estate.
