About Your New Job As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will: Assist in the day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of projects across residential, higher education, and healthcare sectors.
Positively engage with clients, contribute to relationship building, and represent our client in a professional manner.
Support the development and delivery of cost management strategies, including cost planning, tendering, and contract administration.
Prepare and review cost plans, feasibility studies, and tender/contract documents under guidance from senior QS/Cost Managers.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, designers, and supply chain partners to help deliver projects on time and within budget.
Support effective risk, change, and value management processes.
Assist with project reporting, claims preparation, and dispute resolution as required.
Contribute to the mentoring of junior team members and support business development initiatives.
Some UK travel may be required as part of the role.
What Skills You Need Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience within a consultancy or contractor environment.
Qualified to at least degree level in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; What's on Offer
