Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Benefits About the Role We are looking for a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team.

This is a mobile role covering commercial sites across London, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault finding, and minor repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems.

Diagnose faults and undertake minor repairs to minimise downtime.

Service and maintain split systems, VRV/VRF systems, multi-splits, fan coil units, and associated HVAC equipment.

Complete service reports and documentation accurately using electronic devices.

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and site contacts.

Requirements: Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer.

Relevant HVAC qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent).

Full UK driving licence.

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.

Desirable Experience working within commercial environments.

Knowledge of building services and general HVAC systems.

IPAF and PASMA certifications (preferred but not essential).
