About Your New Job
- As the Technical Account Manager, you will act as the central point of contact between the client and all service vendors, ensuring seamless management of all on-site operations.
- Oversee a dedicated team of 40 professionals, including FM team members, engineers, account coordinators, and gas specialists.
- Maintain critical environments (clean rooms, data centres, etc.), ensuring operational excellence of cooling systems, N+1 redundancy, processing chilled water, and robust filtration.
- Serve as the management integrator, balancing technical requirements with high-quality customer service to meet both client and regulatory expectations.
- Directly manage technical challenges, e. g., safe handling of toxic gases, ensuring compliance and efficiency across all facility systems.
- Full-time position: site-based, outskirts of Bristol, Monday to Friday.
- What Skills You Need
- Proven experience overseeing critical environments such as clean rooms or data centres.
- In-depth knowledge of cooling systems, N+1 redundancy, and technical infrastructure common to semiconductor manufacturing.
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or Account Director in a technical setting, demonstrating strong client and vendor relationship skills.
- Hold full budgetary responsibility, overseeing financial planning, forecasting, expenditure and cost management to ensure delivery within agreed financial targets.
- Technical qualification preferred, engineering or facilities management background strongly desired.
- Strong leadership capability; able to manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team on-site.
