Role Overview

The Personal Assistant will provide high‑level, proactive support to the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, effective time management, and seamless coordination across business activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the MD’s diary, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and ensure all engagements are fully prepared with relevant documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries, drafting correspondence, and maintaining professional communication on behalf of the MD.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, track actions, and ensure follow‑up across teams and partners.
  • Support day‑to‑day business operations, including document preparation, report formatting, and maintaining organised filing systems.
  • Assist with ongoing projects, research tasks, and business initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurately presented.
