About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team.
This is a mobile role covering commercial sites across London, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault finding, and minor repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems.
The successful candidate will be customer-focused, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose faults and undertake minor repairs to minimise downtime.
- Service and maintain split systems, VRV/VRF systems, multi-splits, fan coil units, and associated HVAC equipment.
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately using electronic devices.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and site contacts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer.
- Relevant HVAC qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
Desirable
- Experience working within commercial environments.
- Knowledge of building services and general HVAC systems.
- IPAF and PASMA certifications (preferred but not essential).
