Established in 2019, they offer a personal, hands-on approach and work across valuation, building surveying, project management and party wall matters.
The Role We are looking for an experienced Valuation Surveyor to undertake a broad range of valuation instructions across North London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and wants greater exposure to clients, senior decision-makers and a varied valuation workload.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, technically robust valuation advice while developing strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
Key Responsibilities Undertake property valuations in accordance with RICS and Red Book standards.
Prepare detailed valuation reports and supporting documentation.
Inspect a range of residential and commercial properties.
Undertake market research and comparable evidence analysis.
Provide valuation advice to clients, lenders and other stakeholders.
Manage valuation instructions from initial enquiry through to completion.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Work closely with colleagues and senior management on valuation instructions.
Identify opportunities to develop new and existing client relationships.
Maintain a strong understanding of the London property market and relevant market trends.
Ensure all work is delivered to a high professional and technical standard.
Contribute to the continued growth and development of Terracotta Property's valuation service.
About You We are looking for someone with: Relevant experience within property valuation .
MRICS (with minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience.) Experience producing Red Book-compliant valuations.
Excellent report-writing and analytical skills.
Strong commercial awareness.
Excellent communication and client-management skills.
The ability to manage multiple instructions and meet deadlines.
A proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
The confidence to work independently while contributing to a wider team.
