We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Recruiter to support a growing healthcare organisation during an exciting period of expansion.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering recruitment solutions across existing healthcare facilities while leading workforce mobilisation activities for two new openings.

About the Role

This is a hands-on recruitment position requiring an individual who can manage high-volume hiring campaigns, engage stakeholders at all levels, build talent pipelines, and ensure critical clinical and non-clinical vacancies are filled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activity across multiple healthcare sites.
  • Support workforce planning and staffing requirements for two new openings.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
  • Develop talent pipelines for clinical, operational, facilities, technical and corporate roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and workforce priorities.
  • Coordinate large-scale recruitment campaigns and assessment activities.
  • Utilise direct sourcing, job boards, Linked In, social media, referrals and networking to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on recruitment KPIs including vacancy levels, time-to-hire and campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment legislation, right-to-work checks and healthcare industry standards.
  • Build relationships with external recruitment partners, job centres, colleges, universities and healthcare networks.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen attraction and retention strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes and systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Lead Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Manager.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong direct sourcing and talent attraction capability.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment systems and applicant tracking systems.
  • Sound understanding of employment legislation and recruitment best practice.
