This is an opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its growth journey. Our client is an established London developer with ambitious plans for the next five years and a substantial pipeline of residential and PBSA developments. Through their in-house contracting arm, they are continuing to expand their delivery capability and are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in that growth.

Joining an experienced and highly regarded commercial team, you will take ownership of the commercial delivery of two major student accommodation schemes in London, each comprising over 200 beds, while helping to shape the future of a business with a pipeline exceeding 4,000 PBSA beds.

We're keen to speak with commercially astute Quantity Surveyors who have experience working for a developer or contractor. Previous exposure to residential, mixed-use or PBSA schemes would be highly advantageous.
