We are supporting a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Manchester team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of central government, residential, higher education, and healthcare projects, delivering high-quality cost management services within a collaborative and purpose-driven organisation.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the successful delivery of multiple projects across a varied client base, including central government, residential developers, local authorities, universities, and healthcare Trusts. You will play a key role in both pre- and post-contract stages, leading cost management activities, advising clients, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with cost, quality, and programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of cost management services across multiple projects
- Develop and implement cost management strategies from feasibility through to completion
- Produce cost plans, feasibility studies, and optioneering analysis
- Manage tendering processes, including preparation of bills of quantities and contract documentation
