Interim Senior Facilities Manager/ Head of FM London | Hybrid Working (4 Days Office, 1 Day WFH) £70,000 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Immediate Start Preferred We're recruiting an experienced Interim Senior Facilities Manager to join a prestigious London-based organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role offers the opportunity to support the management of a complex multi-site estate , including a significant heritage building and a range of multi-use spaces .

Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you'll play a critical role in the day-to-day operation of the estate, ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on Facilities professional who can quickly embed into the team, provide operational leadership, and support the Head of FM in driving key initiatives and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Support the Head of Facilities Management in the delivery of facilities and property services across a diverse estate.

Line manage and develop members of the Facilities team, providing guidance, support and leadership.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a complex multi-site, multi-use environment .

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and statutory requirements.

Manage contractor performance and service delivery standards.

Support planned and reactive maintenance programmes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

About You Proven Facilities Management experience within a multi-site and/or multi-use building environment .

Experience working within heritage or listed buildings would be highly advantageous.

Previous people management and team leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of facilities operations, compliance, health
