About Your New Job
As Project Manager, you will
- Oversee the delivery of backlog maintenance and refurbishment works at NHS sites, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance at all stages.
- Manage project operations from planning through to completion, working closely with clinical teams, contractors, and Trust stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources, monitor progress, and report project status to senior management.
- Supervise on-site activities 3-4 days per week across Mile End or Luton locations, with flexibility for remote work.
- What Skills You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience delivering maintenance/refurbishment projects in a healthcare or comparable environment.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and health & safety standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
