We’re working with a privately backed real estate group at a pivotal moment in its journey - transitioning from a development-led model into a fully integrated, income‑driven living platform. With a strong London-centric pipeline, they are now seeking a senior leader to help shape what comes next.
As Director of Operations, Sales & Marketing, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end performance of a growing Build-to-Rent and operational residential portfolio. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll help scale and lead a best‑in‑class living platform - one that seamlessly connects development input, operational excellence, leasing, marketing, customer experience and investor alignment.
You’ll be the person who turns buildings into businesses: driving NOI, occupancy and stabilisation; shaping brand and customer proposition as well as influencing product and amenity strategy.
We’re looking for someone who has already operated at senior level within BTR, PRS or residential living platforms - someone commercially sharp and comfortable sitting at the table with investors and partners.
