As Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead the complete implementation and management of large-scale healthcare and critical infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, supervising all technical, contractual, and financial aspects of projects.
  • Oversee project teams and manage external designers, sub-consultants, and contractors, ensuring performance, compliance, and effective risk mitigation.
  • Define resource requirements, sub-contracting strategies, and monitor progress through clear KPIs and financial controls.
  • Maintain robust client relationships, report project progress to executive management, and ensure all work meets Quality and Compliance standards.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in major healthcare or critical infrastructure projects (design and site supervision), with substantial leadership in similar roles.
  • Experience managing projects under NEC4 contracts.
  • Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) or equivalent required.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering design, construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Proven expertise in capital planning, risk management, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (Primavera, MS Project).
  • Eligibility to travel frequently.
  • Relevant professional memberships and local licenses (or demonstrated eligibility).
