The Role

You’ll play a key role in keeping the building running smoothly, coordinating contractors, managing maintenance requests, and supporting day-to-day FM operations. No two days are the same — you’ll be working across facilities, compliance, and stakeholder support in a varied and dynamic setting.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance across the building
  • Acting as the go-to contact for contractors on site
  • Managing jobs through the CAFM/helpdesk system
  • Supporting health & safety and compliance processes
  • Ensuring works are completed on time and to standard
  • Working closely with internal teams to support day-to-day operations
