We're working with an ambitious property developer and investment business specialising in the fast-growing co-living sector.

With three schemes already underway, delivering over 500 units, the business is growing its team and looking for a Development Manager to help drive projects from post-acquisition through to planning consent and sale of site.

You'll take ownership of development projects, managing consultant teams, leading planning strategy, engaging with stakeholders and helping maximise value before the sale of consented sites.

We're looking for someone with

MRICS

Experience within property development or development consultancy.

A strong understanding of the UK planning process.

Experience managing consultants and planning applications.

Commercial awareness and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
