Following recent Partner growth, Group8 has been exclusively engaged to support the strategic expansion of a leading global law firm’s Securitisation practice in London. This growth phase involves multiple key hires into a high-performing and expanding team, offering opportunities to work alongside highly respected partners.

Our client is a top-tier global law firm with an internationally recognised Securitisation practice. Recognised as first-class globally, the firm have established a leading reputation for working across all securitisation structures and asset classes including innovative warehouse transactions, and quasi-securitisations involving a range of asset classes and structures including auto ABS, RMBS, consumer loan securitisations and covered bonds.

Associates work closely with Partners on a wide range of matters and are expected to take on meaningful responsibility from day one. The Role:
The team is seeking a newly qualified to 3 PQE Lawyer/Associate to join them at a time of significant growth and strategic investment.
The Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing Securitisation practice in London during a period of strong momentum. With the recent addition of a lateral Partner, the firm is firmly committed to expanding the team further to enhance its capabilities and meet increasing client demand. With this opportunity, successful applicants would work closely with a European and global cohort of leading top-tier ranked Partners in securitisation and other connected areas.
Your Background:
- NQ – 3 years of post-qualification experience within securitisation
- Strong proven experience in mainstream, cash securitisation, acting for originators, issuers and arrangers.
- Experience working on securitisation structures including whole business, forward flows, portfolio sales and portfolio warehousing transactions and exposure to various consumer asset classes.
