- leveraged and acquisition finance;
- corporate lending and loan markets;
- real estate finance; and
- asset finance.
The group advises leading Australian and international financial institutions, alternative credit providers, multinational corporate borrowers, issuers and government agencies on the full suite of domestic and cross-border financings and finance structures.
Ideal Profile
- Opportunities for Associate, Senior Associate and Counsel level individuals who have gained experience in leading banking and finance groups in the UK.
- Strong transaction management and client-facing capability.
