Manage a manufacturing team to achieve world-class manufacturing standards in which personal accountability, responsibility, development of people, structured training and continual improvement are expected and delivered.
Support the Technical team by utilising lean manufacturing tools and techniques to improve all areas of the operation.
Report on KPI for the department.
Support the business goals in achieving and sustaining ISO22716/9001, COSMOS, Soil Association and other Certifications.
The role is critical for the success of Group55, with planning of Manufacturing/Production based on the best use of equipment, aiming to achieve plan and budget.
