Group42 is looking for a Creative Content & Design Executive to join our growing Creative and Digital Marketing team. This is a visual-first role for someone who can create premium, social-first content across image, video, design and digital formats for a sector-agnostic mix of consumer lifestyle, B2B, healthcare and luxury-led clients. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative, this role offers hands-on experience across graphic design, photography-led content, video editing, social asset production, campaign visuals, brand storytelling and creative content development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Content & Visual Production: Create visually compelling content across social, web, digital campaigns, PR assets and brand platforms, with a strong focus on premium image and video-led storytelling. Produce high-quality creative that feels editorial, platform-native and brand-consistent, particularly for clients operating in lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, wellness, travel and consumer sectors.
  • Graphic Design & Brand Assets: Design polished assets for social media, digital campaigns, pitch decks, client presentations, campaign concepts, reports, newsletters, paid social and editorial-style content. Ensure all design work reflects the client’s brand identity, tone, audience and commercial objectives, while bringing a strong creative eye to layout, typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
  • Photo, Video & Social-First Editing: Edit photography and video content for use across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, websites, campaign pages and paid media. Support the production of reels, short-form videos, visual explainers, branded cutdowns, motion-led assets and social-first creative that is designed to stop the scroll while still feeling considered and premium.
  • Campaign Creative & Content Development: Work closely with the Head of Creative, PR and digital teams to translate campaign ideas into visual concepts, moodboards, mock-ups, social formats and content packages. Support the development of creative routes for client campaigns, including visual identities, launch assets, influencer content concepts, event materials and brand partnership ideas.
  • Creative Quality & Content Optimisation: Maintain a high creative standard across all outputs, ensuring assets are well-crafted, technically clean and suited to the platform they are built for. Use social and digital performance insight to refine creative approaches, testing formats, visual styles and content structures to improve engagement, reach and campaign impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Skilled in creating premium visual content across social media, web, digital and campaign channels.
  • Experienced in graphic design, with strong working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or equivalent platforms.
  • Confident editing photography and video content, including short-form social video, reels and campaign assets.
  • Able to produce content that feels polished, aesthetic and culturally relevant without looking overly corporate or stock-like.
  • Comfortable working across multiple client brands and adapting visual style to different sectors, audiences and objectives.
  • Strong on layout, composition, typography, colour, editing, visual storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage several creative projects at once in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • A strong communicator who can take a brief, interpret feedback and bring creative ideas to life with clarity and taste.

Development and Mentorship: As a Creative Content & Design Executive at Group42, you’ll work alongside our Head of Creative to develop your expertise in premium content production, visual campaign development, design-led storytelling and social-first creative strategy. You’ll grow into a creative professional capable of shaping the visual direction of integrated campaigns and producing content that elevates client brands across digital, social, PR and commercial channels.

Application Requirement: A portfolio must be attached to the application to be considered for this role. This should include examples of visual content creation, graphic design, photo editing, video editing, social-first assets or campaign creative.
