Based from our central London office at 180 Studios, Strand, this is a primarily office-based role supporting the day-to-day running of the agency.
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the agency and support the wider leadership team.
This is a four-day-per-week role with a strong office presence required. The position sits at the heart of the business and combines office management, executive support, HR administration and finance coordination responsibilities.
Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the agency, maintaining internal processes, supporting people management activities, coordinating financial administration and providing high-level Executive Assistant support.
This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-moving environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities across operations, finance and people functions.
Key Skills
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using Xero for bookkeeping and financial administration.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.

Key Responsibilities
Office & Operations Management
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office and agency operations.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for office-related matters.
- Maintaining internal systems, records and operational processes.
- Coordinating suppliers, facilities and office-related requirements.
- Supporting the leadership team with operational projects and business administration.
- Ensuring agency policies, procedures and documentation remain up to date.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the wider team.
Executive Assistant Support
- Acting as Executive Assistant to the CEO.
- Managing diary scheduling, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinating internal and external communications.
- Supporting leadership meetings, agendas and follow-up actions.
- Assisting with confidential business and board-level administration where required.
- Providing ad hoc support across strategic and operational projects.
Finance & Bookkeeping
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero.
- Raising client invoices and supporting credit control processes.
- Reconciling company transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Supporting monthly reporting and finance administration.
- Liaising with external accountants and finance partners as required.
- Managing expense submissions and approval processes.
- Supporting payroll administration and finance-related record keeping.
HR Administration
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding administration.
- Coordinating recruitment processes and interview scheduling.
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Supporting appraisal, probation and performance review processes.
- Managing holiday, absence and HR tracking systems.
- Ensuring compliance with employment policies and internal procedures.
- Supporting wider people and culture initiatives across the business.
Additional Requirements
- Available to work four days per week.
- Comfortable working primarily from the office as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Able to start within four weeks.
