The Role
As a Senior Content Executive at Group42, you’ll work alongside our Head of Creative to develop expertise in digital content strategy, social media, digital PR, and integrated marketing. You’ll grow into a senior creative professional capable of shaping campaigns that deliver measurable results in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Content & Design: Create, edit, and optimise visually compelling and written content across social, web, and digital campaigns. Oversee creative assets including graphics, video, and motion design, ensuring brand consistency and high production quality.
- Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client objectives and drive engagement, growth, and conversions. Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and cross-platform campaigns, including community engagement and social monitoring.
- Digital Marketing & PR Integration: Plan and deliver integrated campaigns combining social media, digital advertising, influencer collaboration, and PR initiatives. Collaborate with media and PR teams to amplify digital campaigns and secure coverage across online channels.
- Media Strategy & Campaign Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance across social, web, and paid channels; use analytics to refine and optimise campaigns. Support media planning and digital strategy initiatives, including audience targeting, platform selection, and content testing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in digital content, social media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Skilled in creating and managing engaging content across social media, web, and digital channels.
- Experienced in visual content creation, including design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing.
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing principles, social media analytics, and campaign optimisation.
- Comfortable integrating digital PR and influencer strategies to support broader campaigns.
- Analytical, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Strong communicators with excellent written and verbal skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must be available to start within four weeks.
- Occasional travel between London and NY may be required.
