Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, this role offers hands-on experience in integrated digital marketing, content planning, social media management, SEO-led content, campaign copywriting, media amplification and digital PR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital PR & Campaign Support: Support the planning and delivery of digital PR campaigns, helping to shape story angles, campaign assets, outreach materials and content that can earn online coverage, backlinks and brand visibility. Work closely with PR teams to ensure digital activity supports wider media objectives and helps clients build authority across relevant online spaces.
- Social Media Management: Help plan, create and manage social media content across client channels, including content calendars, captions, posting schedules, community engagement and campaign amplification. Support the development of platform-specific content that reflects each client’s tone of voice, audience and wider marketing objectives.
- Copywriting & Content Creation: Write clear, engaging and brand-appropriate copy across social posts, blogs, newsletters, website pages, campaign landing pages, thought leadership, email content and digital assets. Adapt writing style across different sectors and formats, balancing creativity with clarity, SEO relevance and commercial messaging.
- Blog, SEO & Onsite Content: Support the creation of onsite content designed to improve brand visibility, search relevance and audience engagement. Research and write blogs, guides, campaign pages and website copy that align with client priorities, keyword opportunities and wider PR or social media activity.
- Integrated Digital Marketing: Assist with the delivery of campaigns that bring together social media, digital PR, content marketing, influencer activity, email, onsite content and paid or organic amplification. Help ensure campaigns are joined up across channels, with consistent messaging, clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Reporting & Performance Insight: Monitor campaign performance across social, web, content and digital PR channels, helping to gather insight on reach, engagement, traffic, coverage, backlinks and audience behaviour. Use reporting outputs to support campaign optimisation and help shape future content decisions.
What We’re Looking For:

- Skilled in writing engaging copy across social media, blogs, websites and digital campaign formats.
- Comfortable supporting digital PR campaigns, including story development, online coverage opportunities and backlink-led activity.
- Experienced in managing or supporting social media channels, content calendars and community engagement.
- Aware of SEO principles and how blog, onsite and campaign content can support search visibility.
- Able to adapt tone of voice across different clients, sectors and audience types.
- Organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines, clients and content workstreams at once.
- Analytical enough to understand performance data and turn insight into practical content improvements.
- A strong communicator with excellent written skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
