We’re looking for a Web & E-commerce Specialist who can do more than just manage websites; you’ll be a driving force behind the digital infrastructure that powers our campaigns. As a core member of the team, you’ll be responsible for building, integrating, and optimising the platforms that our clients and our agency depend on. From launching high-performing e-commerce stores to managing app connections, product management, marketing tech stacks, and custom integrations, this role sits at the intersection of marketing and technology. You’ll play a critical part in shaping the user experience, ensuring seamless operations, and helping turn great creative into measurable commercial success. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our design, content, and ad teams to bring ideas to life across internal brands and external client projects, making sure everything not only looks great but functions flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Platform Management: Set up and maintain online stores using platforms like Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify, ensuring functionality and user-friendliness.
  • Technical Integrations: Implement and manage integrations such as payment gateways, inventory systems, and third-party applications to enhance store capabilities, and social platform integrations.
  • Product Catalogue Management: Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and categorisation to optimise the shopping experience.
  • Website Optimisation: Enhance site performance through SEO best practices, mobile responsiveness, and load speed improvements.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise analytics tools to monitor website performance, user behaviour, and sales trends, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Support Systems: Set up and manage customer support tools like live chat, FAQs, and contact forms to enhance user satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2–3 years in e-commerce website management, with proficiency in platforms like Wix and Shopify.
