We are looking for a Stock Integrity Manager to take the lead in making sure our stock is exactly where it needs to be to drive sales, reduce losses, and support smart commercial decisions. You’ll work with senior leaders across the business, influencing strategic actions and improving performance across our network. Reporting into the Supply Chain Director, you’ll help shape future strategy, strengthen operational standards, and support a positive, high performance culture. Leading a small team, you’ll optimise stock flow, protect working capital, and tackle supply chain challenges. This is a role where your decisions create real impact, boosting efficiency, unlocking opportunities, and helping the business grow.
About you
- Experience in stock management, supply chain, or a similar operational environment.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and able to positively challenge decisions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret stock, financial, and operational data.
- Effective leader with experience supporting or managing a small team.
- Excellent communicator who can influence, collaborate, and drive action across multiple functions.
- Skilled at problem solving in fast moving operational environments.
- Commercially aware with an understanding of how stock decisions impact profitability and working capital.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands on operational delivery.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and focused on continuous improvement.
- Proactive, resilient, and able to take ownership of issues from start to finish.
