Innovators of machinery for special project application. Full time based at Calder Vale Road, Wakefield, West Yorkshire. 37 hours a week: 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday; 8 am to 1 pm, Friday.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive / Coordinator to join our expanding team.

MAIN FUNCTION & SCOPE OF THE JOB: You will be responsible to the CEO for promoting and supporting in the delivery of both online and offline marketing campaigns, event management with some Executive/PA work.

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Website / Social Media: Maintain and update the company website / social media with new products, vacancies, news articles and press releases. Work alongside our existing marketing agency for press release production & promotion to ensure a wider reach across all platforms. Collect/analyse market trends and target demographics and report to the Board/Senior Managers.
  • Company Branding / Literature: Creating, producing and managing all marketing materials, ensuring all literature and flyers are aligned with our branding guidelines. Design/create e-shots to promote Group Rhodes and all divisions (4 Companies). Design/create signage for company vehicles and presentations. Write our internal newsletter to share company/employee news and increase our internal communications.
  • Exhibitions / Company Events: Liaise with exhibition organisers to plan stand layouts / logistics / promotional giveaways. Ensure risk assessments are updated for each exhibition. Prepare to support the build and disassemble of exhibition stands. Willingness to work away during the exhibition period. Support events such as company employee briefings and take marketing photos where required. Support/promote local charity events to increase our community social responsibilities. Assist our CEO with marketing initiatives with external trade organisations e.g. MTA, MMMA, and EAMA.
  • HubSpot/CRM Management: Deliver marketing campaigns, via HubSpot, to increase customer service engagement. Manage HubSpot by tracking sales enquiries and report where required.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Qualifications: Qualifications in Marketing / Business Management or similar activity (E).
  • Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (E). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (E). Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages, particularly PowerPoint (E). Must have a high attention to detail (E). Working knowledge of Canva to create presentations / literature (D). Ability to use your own initiative and work autonomously (E). Understanding of HubSpot or other CRM systems (D).
  • Experience: Previous experience of marketing/brand development (E). Experience of creating and designing promotional literature (E). Experience of using HubSpot (or other CRM) to promote marketing campaigns (D). Experience of event management (D). Experience of report writing (D). Experience within graphic design and photo editing (D).
  • Character: Self-motivated/enthusiastic with the ability to solve problems as they arise. Ability to work using own initiative and under pressure - ask for help when required. Ensure your highest quality is always achieved when undertaking tasks. Share ideas and knowledge for continuous improvement. Promote, embrace and manage change. Promote honesty and integrity within the business.
