Group Metropolitan is seeking an organised, proactive HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team in Greenwich and Canary Wharf, London. This hands-on role covers the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compliance and administration.
You will build strong relationships with managers and staff, handle confidential information with discretion, support apprenticeship programmes and ensure HR compliance.
